Confidentiality / privacy of personal and other data by OLIMAS Beauty Point Professional Massage Center International Belgrade

On behalf of OLIMAS Beauty Point Professional Massage Center (OLIMAS), we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our clients. We collect only the necessary, basic customer data and data necessary for business and customer information in accordance with GDPR, good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers a choice including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this information to do the job. All OLIMAS employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy.

OLIMAS respects and protects the right to privacy of site visitors. In that sense, the collection and processing of personal data of each site visitor is done in accordance with all relevant laws. Therefore, we try to use the data that the site visitor enters in their account exclusively for the purpose for which they are collected.

This statement defines the information that OLIMAS collects and how it is processed. The statement also contains instructions that the visitor should follow if he does not want information about him to be collected and distributed when visiting the site.

Information on personal data protection
OLIMAS collects and processes information for the sole purpose of providing the highest quality services, marketing and advertising on the site.

The data we process are those provided by the visitor. The eventual refusal of the visitor to provide us with the requested information may lead to the fact that we cannot provide services of satisfactory quality. The information from the visitor’s account is intended exclusively for use by OLIMAS, which can share it with: online payment provider, service providers / sellers, banks, authorities, in case they need the data to carry out administrative or legal actions.

The visitor has the right to access his/her data and to delete it. If the visitor does not want his/her personal data to be collected and processed, he may request their deletion. The request for deletion can be sent via the contact form, email or mail to the address OLIMASA, Strahinjića Bana 64/3, Belgrade. If any information about the visitor is incorrect, please let us know.

Any information about the visitor located on any of the sites owned by OLIMAS, requires that the visitor is aware of their rights and has given consent to the data to be used for marketing and advertising purposes, as well as the delivery of ordered goods and services.

Protection of data from confidentiality during money transactions
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern technology.

Data security at the time of purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, so the complete billing process is performed on the Payment Gateway website. At no time are payment card data available to our system, and therefore our site, ie. OLIMAS will not be liable for their misuse.

General information collected by OLIMAS
OLIMAS collects data of natural persons (name, address, telephone number, email – “Personal data”), in order to deliver the ordered products / services. If the visitor does not want the data to be collected, it should not be made available. If the visitor wants the data to be deleted from our database, he can inform us via the contact form, email or mail. If a change in the data is required, this can be done in your own account or in the following ways.

When a visitor sends us personal information, OLIMAS may use it for the following purposes, unless otherwise indicated:
a.) Better understanding of customer needs and improving the quality of the services we provide;
b.) OLIMAS (or another legal entity authorized by OLIMAS or representing OLIMAS in the case of promotional activities) may use this information to contact visitors to respond to a visitor’s request / inquiry or offer a prize for which the visitor has applied;
c.) OLIMAS may provide general, but not individual, information to third parties about visitors to OLIMAS-owned sites (statistics).

Disclosure and Forwarding of Personal Information
OLIMAS will not pass on (sell or rent) personal information about third party visitors.

OLIMAS may, however, pass on personal information about visitors to a third party and assumes no responsibility if:

e.) if that information is necessary to resolve various disputes.
– if the actions of the visitor are in conflict with the rules and conditions set by OLIMAS or instructions for use of certain products and services;
– if OLIMAS merges with another legal entity or becomes the property of another legal entity in its entirety, which includes the database. If OLIMAS becomes insolvent, the database can be sold voluntarily or compulsorily only with the consent of the court. If this situation occurs, visitors will be notified via email or website.

Additional information collected automatically
In certain situations, OLIMAS may automatically (without the consent of the owner) collect technical (but not personal) information when accessing OLIMAS sites. This information may be (but is not limited to): the type of browser program used by the visitor, the operating system, the domain name or the provider before the user joined our sites.

Information that is automatically stored in the visitor’s computer – Cookies
